Shipping Policy

At QISO, every order is prepared with care to ensure your coffee reaches you fresh and on time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. QISO is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delays & Issues
